Integrity Cleaning Services was founded in 2018 by Lizeth Plietez with a simple belief: commercial cleaning should be done with honesty, consistency, and genuine care. As a woman‑owned, SWaM‑certified company, Integrity now services more than 15 million square feet of commercial office, higher education, industrial, and large retail space across the Washington DC metro region and south to Richmond, Virginia.

Lizeth chose the name Integrity because she saw how often clients were promised one thing and delivered another — and she wanted to build a company that did the opposite. Her vision was a team that shows up, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of the work every single day. That commitment still drives us: doing what we say, standing behind every service, and creating healthier, cleaner spaces with sustainable products that support the people who use them.
